This is a good sign! They probably sold the control piece to another entity. Maybe we'll finally get some disclosure and clarity. JMO

Anyone buying ANDI are not worry about that, imo. Last time Andi was active was 2-3 years ago. Only this year Andi new CEo started filing and such. After a 2/3 years hiatus, Andi filing. Anyone expecting too much out of a no bid stock is dreaming too much, imo.

They didn't file officer list which was due on June 30th. Normally no filing after few months will get that status. Obviously, there is risk and a no bid stock is the biggest warning anyone could face.
