3. You do not have any information pertaining to what email or emails I may be privy to.
4. You imply with your statements concerning specifics of contracts, i.e. Nokia/Siemens that you have information that is not public to everyone. That is false and misleading.
5. You imply that your definition of competence is the objective measure against which all others will be judged, including Mr. Tapia. That is also false and misleading.
