Could this mean what I was referring to earlier? This is part of the 1A negotiations - if the interim data doesn't warrant stoppage of RI but good enough (combined with CHERRY and bunch of other EPA research) to grant ANCHOR label and let RI finish.

Unless the author meant RI indication and it's a typo, I think they're waiting for interim to allow ANCHOR.
