Whoa whoa whoa........ I agree with Fubar that there is not a link showing there will be compensation given after a ruling............. But........ It would be short sighted to think that these micro cap companies that have been damaged by IR (and determined so by the SEC and a judge) could not and would not then seek damages against IR in separate filings against IR. Nothing is a certainty in either direction. But delivering a verdict of guilty in wrong doing would most certainly open the door for these micro caps to seek compensation. That's pretty straight forward and easy to connect the dots to. Will they win? Probably. But it might be a $20,000 Monster Nogo type settlement too. Who knows? Yes the SEC could very well have IR return shares. Probably get fined too. But no, I don't think the SEC can award cash compensation from IR to MTVX??? That would take another trial. The main thing is for IR/Dragonox to not get another share.

There is absolutely NO PROOF to this whatsoever! These are all malicious fabrications by a person or persons (a competitor) who is trying to undermine the success of APT Holdings and MTVX! Just flat out lies!

Where on earth is it stated that IR will have to pay anything at all back to MTVX let alone anyone else?

It has been specifically implied in the SEC court order documents against Ironridge Global that victims of their abuse will be recognized. That clearly means partial reward concessions from the 56 million stolen in stock fraud by Ironridge Global may very well be returned to APT Holdings in cash or in shares of MTVX stock. We shall soon know results of the SEC actions!
December 7th, 2015 ruling in Washington DC is coming soon!
For MTVX shareholders:
It shall BE remembered as a day which will live in infamy! ;-)
