Whoa whoa whoa........ I agree with Fubar that there is not a link showing there will be compensation given after a ruling............. But........ It would be short sighted to think that these micro cap companies that have been damaged by IR (and determined so by the SEC and a judge) could not and would not then seek damages against IR in separate filings against IR. Nothing is a certainty in either direction. But delivering a verdict of guilty in wrong doing would most certainly open the door for these micro caps to seek compensation. That's pretty straight forward and easy to connect the dots to. Will they win? Probably. But it might be a $20,000 Monster Nogo type settlement too. Who knows? Yes the SEC could very well have IR return shares. Probably get fined too. But no, I don't think the SEC can award cash compensation from IR to MTVX??? That would take another trial. The main thing is for IR/Dragonox to not get another share.
