In 2013 Google bought 8 robotics companies in 6 months including Boston Dynamics, a large supplier to the defense department. Why couldn't they buy multiple companies again to get into the surgical robotics market. With a market capitalization of $230B it wouldn't make much of a dent in their bank accounts.
Just trying to think outside the box - just because Titan has a great product doesn't mean that the company that purchases them is only going to purchase them. An ISRG combined with Titan would be a powerful company moving forward. And that could happen with ISRG buying TITAN or Google buying both. There are endless possibilities here.
