The Importance of a GRCU & Jimi Hendrix deal…

InStep Holdings LLC, a Delaware Corporation, has completed the buyout of GRCU and has acquired the controlling shares as of September 18, 2015:

InStep Holdings LLC has the rights to the Jimi Hendrix name to market their products; this is huge in my opinion. Based on what has been filed and is now active on the United States and Patent Trade Office (USPTO), the products referred to for marketing under the Jimi Hendrix name are… Beverages made of coffee; Beverages made of tea; Beverages with a tea base; Coffee; Coffee and tea; Coffee beans; Coffee capsules containing coffee for brewing; Coffee pods; Coffee-based beverages; Tea. Soft drinks, namely, sodas:

The name Jimi Hendrix is considered ”legendary” throughout the world. People take to buying products that has a legendary name affixed to it. I don’t care if it was Jimi Hendrix bubble gum. The market would flock to it versus regular bubble gum in my opinion.

Take for example what happened with SPEA when they announced having some of the rights to Elvis Pressley and Muhammad Ali. A few years back, SPEA which is now CKXE and trades on the NASDAQ, came from being just a penny stock. SPEA released news of having some of the rights to Elvis Pressley and Muhammad Ali and it went from .007 per share to trade as high as $30.65 per share in really short order considering all that had happened with the growth and changes of SPEA.

It started out at .007 per share and then it went to .10 per share in one day on or about 15 Dec 04. SPEA/CKXE had its Outstanding Shares (OS) at 43,963,185 shares so it would not be wise to expect for GRCU to mirror such a move in price or trade the same as how SPEA had traded. GRCU has an OS of approximately 1.9 billion shares. Still, if anyone was to do the math, it would be obvious that GRCU could be considered significantly undervalued if some kind of an announcement is made from GRCU regarding how the Jimi Hendrix name would be used.

Right now, much of this is speculative, but given the fact that InStep Holdings LLC has the rights to market the Jimi Hendrix name for those variety of beverages confirmed within the USPTO, now places GRCU in a possible great position as a likely candidate for such operational piece to be placed into its operations.
