Agreed. But any heavy handedness with Nigeria would alienate much of Africa. Because of that, I think the PSCs are safe. The turmoil in the middle east and elsewhere is pushing us to Africa, and I think we will take a more moderate approach there. There is no sure thing, but Nigeria, and therefore ERHE, is in pretty good shape right now. We will "jawbone", as with the extended term presidency, but I don't think we will push hard enough to anger the Nigerians.
