Let's see if you're willing to do some honest research and report it to this board. In my phone conversation with Calvin not long ago, he told me he sent in the application to the TTB regarding Excuse Vodka. It has now been over 7 months and nothing.

Longoria told me in an email that they never planned to obtain an import liquor license from the TTB. He said they had a distributor that already had their import license.

When you meet with Calvin, tell him you are trying to settle an issue regarding Excuse Vodka. Ask him to show you the original application he sent in to the TTB back in March. If they never planned to obtain an import liquor license in the first place, ask Calvin why he sent it in. What was he expecting to accomplish by that? Calvin should have no problem producing that application and, explaining to you why he sent it in.

I know you will do this. This subject is a bone of contention. Over 7 months and nothing. Make a copy of it if you can, so we can all see it. I would think even you have to admit that after 7 months of nothing, even you're suspicious.

Do this, Hammer. You owe it to a lot of people to help get to the bottom of this issue. You have the connection...use it for some good!
