I like that language as it wasnt clear in the original draft ruling what would happen for OOTC. One reason for the short lived spike in Feb 2014

BIEL with the expert guidance they now have applied for OTC 2 months go so sort of have a head start. Will just need to amend it for the new category when made public next week.


Amazed the price hasn't moved yet but I guess only iHubbers know about this.
