Let me give you a quick response to your proper disclaimer,it does not matter there whole promotion business is considered illegal by the government so just continue to try and stay under the radar and hope none of your companies you work for ever get in trouble....in 2009 they started holding promoters responsible for the content of a news release is when you knew that they had changed the rules and looking to close down the penny market,try looking back at all the companies you worked for and imagine having to be responsible for the content of what they put out..best of luck..
