Yes I think it is clear now that the judge is on to what is happening here. He is acting consistent in his support for equity. rejecting bonus plans, shutting up Despins twice now, ordering release of additional docs... I tend to think his mind is made up also like some other posters mentioned. all the GT cronies want to clear out old IP and to dissolve old equity as fast as they can now because I bet they also have some good backlogged long term solar deals they are holding on to that they are ready to execute on and pr them as soon restructure is done. When they emerge from chp 11, I also think those furnaces will all of a sudden start to be bought up. This means there is serious value to emerge after restructure! Lets go Boroff, save equity let us be represented in POR!!
