No, that's not correct.

While the post to which you are reponding might not have made it more clear, the "Yeah, he's gonna start a "serious discussion" real soon now." was my conclusion from last evening's post:

Note the use of "he", not the "we" that you incorrectly used in quoting my post, which is why I used "[sic]" above,
