Please could you give me a clear take on just what Neah Power has achieved w/dozen or more agreements or collabrorations?

Could you or NPS give a truthful assessment about Neah Power's ability as a Fuel Cell Co. As to When they will enter the commercial arena? All SH need to know the CEO's real reasons for not following up on anything Tangible(off grid fuel cell,gen3) This has been hyped and promised forever....how can Neah continue this travesty?(I like absurd better).
