I have asked this before and I didn't really get a response, but what are you filing the complaint for? Do people put down that Anderson tricked them? There may be a few things he did wrong, but I haven't heard them. Some people say he gave them inside info, but I haven't seen any.
Not sure of all the otc pink rules, but some exchanges require that the board have a certain number of people on it. There are probably other small things that he could get into trouble for. You seem like you are good at finding info ( sure it goes with the job ).Good luck.
