Looks likes he's showing us that he's the boss. Maybe a little late to mend this fence. I could understand 5 to 1, but 500 is a might drastic. Months ago he did say he would retire 4 billion shares,but I guess we pissed him off. but a R/S of 500 and only reduce shares by 5 billion does not sound quite right.
