So you think a LITIGATOR of SUSMAN's stature would take a case where his reputation would take a hit for the pittance his firm received?
I have no doubt he & his firm already had the info needed to take the case to win.

I can remember sitting before my computer reading the posts of the happenings within the JUDGES CHAMBERS, the number of times the lawyers came out to retrieve a law book just to race back into chambers.
Our fair lady sitting in all of the hearings posting away of the on going actions behind closed doors.
Also the comments of "WE SHOULD HAVE HELD OUT FOR MORE" was heard at the elevator by our in court group.
Also the reported appearance of Rosen leaving the chambers(remember the TWO HOUR hearing took place behind closed doors) and Rosen stating there would be meetings at his office on the following Monday between the parties affected by what just happened behind closed doors. SUSMAN dropped the hammer that day and he was never seen again( his presence was not required any more, HE SPANKED ROSEN HARD THAT DAY).
