Im still here and still holding as well.. coming up on my one year anniversary at that.

Were any management personal consolidated in any of the subsidiaries after being acquired by SLTD?

I cant answer many of the questions on that list that was asked, but I think I can answer this one.. as I understood it, SLTD looks to acquire profitable companies and leave the existing management in place. We have turned down a good company in the past because the owners wanted to cash out instead of continue running it. So I guess the short answer to this questions is no.

If the four companies are going to continue to run independently, thats Jims decision. All I ask is that they all turn a profit.
