There are going to 4 entities correct SLTD which has the cell and the over all owner of the other three subsidiary, Sunworks, MD Energy and Elite.
Does each subsidiary have there own accountants or do they all use a common one?
Does one subsidiary buy solar panels for all or are they purchased independently by each subsidiary?
Does each subsidiary have they own marketing team or is it all done though SLTD headquarters?
Does SLTD allow each subsidiary to function as an independent entity or as one company, one direction, one way of doing business?
Were any management personal consolidated in any of the subsidiaries after being acquired by SLTD?
For any legal work does each subsidiary have it's own attorney or do they all use SLTD legal counsel.
Trying to get an idea where the 4 entities are more efficient under one roof.
