Well please tell him about the two

things I was going to bring up to him.

-Keep getting more current on financials.

-Either he has to file a personal acquisition of 100 or 200 mil shares to help take out the 1's, or the company should do a buyback of shares. Don't have to retire them.

It's the only way we get out of no bid.
