I figure, and WDIK (!!), that a rotating drum of the type here employed will never supply the degree of control needed to satisfy reasonable expectations.

It was a good idea, from China, but this one won't work.

Wasn't it one gallon of used oil for every pound of plastic? That's a used oil recycling machine, not a plastic-to-oil machine.

(If I recall correctly the numbers were in a DEC permit application or change)
