The strategy was to slowly and cautiously ramp up the rate of throughput. There was only one operational processor so it made complete sense to operate it conservatively. Unfortunately the weather intervened and other equipment failed. Had that not occurred, I am confident the processor would have reached the objective.
I anticipate if that production level is still the objective it will be obtained by #3 processor at some point in the not too distant future.
