Stock Promotion. In conjunction with our investor relations services, we can manage multiple promoters for your company. We have a strong network of promoters and can find the right promoter to fit your exact needs. Programs range from market awareness through various affiliate sites or through direct marketing and viral marketing. Each program is custom tailored with our basic package starting at $15,000 including free trading shares.
Financing. We can assist you in locating various forms of financing such as debt or equity. We can locate private investors or institutional investors to fit your needs. We act as consultant and charge a 3% handling fee.
Private Placement Memorandums. Numarket Solutions can prepare PPM's for Regulation D 504 and 506 offerings. We can prepare these documents at a fraction of the cost when compared to a Lawyer. Our basic 504 preparation and Form D start at $3,500. You will still need to obtain a lawyers opinion.
Business Plans. Is your business plan a boring word document? Numarket Solutions can take the pain out of creating a Business Plan. We have many different levels of preparation from a basic Executive Summary to a full business plan summary. We can get your message across and look good doing it. Our basic plans start at $2,500.
Going Public, SEC Compliance. Numarket Solutions can help setup your Corporate structure and make the necessary filings with the appropriate agencies to take your company public. Don't get sold into buying a shell company, this is a complete waste of money. We can take you public, without using a shell, on either the Pink Sheets or OTCBB. In some cases we can take your newly formed corporation public on the OTCBB for as little as $65,000. Email Campaigns - Email campaigns can be used in conjunction with a newsletter to deliver a more specific message to a specific audience. We have email campaigns ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.
