-I remember there use to be a couple individuals who yelled from the tops of every mountain "if us shareholders get an EC it will make it less likely shares survive because GTAT will have to pay for the EC". You have to question anyone who says they are a shareholder but they don't want an EC... Anyway, An EC would actually save the company money. How about an EC pushing against not selling Hyperion for 1.1 million.
