Couldn't the DB decision take much longer now, now that the FDIC has the ability to appeal the Collyer decision?

And do you think this holds up any distributions and/or acquisition?

That date from day one has always scared/been on my mind and is truly not far off from today. The art of shorting has a rule and that is the stock must have a value and yes higher is better(longer they can flip the shorting ) but just as long as it trades and keeps trading, shorting can continue at any pps.it's just covering every so often (rinse and repeat etc,etc,etc)

Now one has to remember there are other horsemen in this game and they have made a fortune already and have gotten away with the slaughter once and will reutrn to the scene of the crime once again just as soon as KKR draws blood from the bank as not the fight the tide but join in on the kill as do a pack of wolfs, lets remember these people do eat their own less not we forget

Also KKR has taken some nice hits lately
