OS was 4.3 billion before 1000 to 1 spit which is right from the Q. Equals 4.3 million shares OS now. Your assumption would have been 400 million OS. I am only watching this stock because of share structure and possible merger.

as RB said, your math is way off. 4,414,975 post RS July 17 2015 and the same amount as of Sep 24 2015 as per the Q filing.
