I think BMS may be just as incentivized to have that patent issued for Dr. Bosch, Dr. Liau, Dr. Prins, LP, etc. BMS stands to gain a lot, whether they make a bid for NWBO or simply have primary licensing for BMS's two most advanced/commercialized CIs. Product exclusivity for 12 years is a very appealing way to avoid patent cliffs.
