WTF kind of moron would even think to pay .01 to buyout this company when the CEO is on the hook for $2.6 million in payroll taxes and $3.6 million in toxic debt? Command Center is not stupid and that is why they are patiently using the bankruptcy process through the lawsuit in order to get Labor Smart client lists for cheap while Schadel gets hauled off to jail.
