If Bredow and his band of drone merchants thought it would be a good idea to promote drones and drone products as a public company, why not start with a fresh, clean shell?? No $4 million debt due to Series C shareholders. No ugly connections with crazed PR companies. No sharing offices with a con-man like PV, who some naively seem to think has no involvement here.

There is only one reason that DSUS took over from PVEC - because it is really just a continuation of the same scam.
