I think what these dirty shell companies do is claim to have a huge list of existing active investors ready for a new product or change. In reality, they have a huge list of unhappy investors. Usually, their sales pitch is that they will stay on and make it a smooth transition, when in reality they want to keep their fingers in the pie until their shares can be sold. That is why these things go on forever, too many chiefs with not enough indians.

I find it hard to believe an honest, hard working businessman would even be associated with this shell, much less buy it, if he has google.

Yes, that sums it up pretty well.

Looking at the transaction logically, one comes to the inescapable conclusion that they are either financial idiots or crooks, if not both. We already KNOW they are LIARS. They have proven that many times over already.

Investing in idiots, crooks and liars is not generally a good investment.
