I also have concerns about the enrollment criteria not being smartly fulfilled on the first 2000 patients.

We do not know any details about the first 2,000 patients. We know:
- app. 3,000 have TG 150-200 (within the first 5,000)
- app 5,000 (will) have TG 200-500 (ANCHOR population)
- min TG increase in May 2013 (from 150 to 200): "That was intentional to give us the kind of balance of patients within the study that's consistent with the way that study was designed and the statistics for how we have the study design has."
