I really like your posts Simpsonly, especially this one. If only the people at the FDA could read them. I also like the 100% rational approach of Nopinkscam, questioning for instance this invitation of the FDA to apply for this 510k.Do you know whether the other manufacturers received such a letter?By the way, I think you should team up with this law firm defending our case.

Do you know Simpsonly if there is a company that has an innovative technology that works, is safe, affordable and treats pain? By chance, are they selling any innovative products that fit the aforementioned criteria overseas? Is the FDA currently reviewing any innovative pain products that can fill this unmet need? Has any company won an innovative award for pain management technology? I would like to invest in such an innovative company should any exist. Thank you in advance for any advice that you can give regarding this innovative matter!

Will FDA warnings prompt innovation in over-the-counter painkillers?

"Americans spent $3.9 billion in 2014 on internal analgesics — over-the-counter pain relievers and fever reducers — according to the Consumer Healthcare Products Association. Then there are opioids, powerful painkillers such as Oxycodone and Codeine."

"Rech added that while drugs such as Tylenol and ibuprofen are effective painkillers, the new concern about side effects may incentivize innovation in developing and improving painkillers."
