That is a viable reason. I don't know if KPMG does their accounting or just their auditing. Of course, now that I actually think about it, it is not good practice to have your accounting firm be the same as your audit firm. So KPMG is their auditor and they may well not have been paid or accepted the conditions to audit the 2015 numbers.
