OS has increased by 12M and float has increased by 157M

thats a lot of newly unrestricted shares since june , some of which are obviously being sold. also consider the recent msg deal involving shares being converted, having already converted?
doesnt seem theres been the volume yet that selling is finished.
what kind of pump will/does msg do?
