Actually not exactly. Just got confirmation from the TA. O/S is practically unchanged, has only increased 12MM since June 30th.

Current Share Structure shows float is 268,974,423.

Share Structure was
Authorized Shares 650,000,000 a/o Jun 30, 2015
Outstanding Shares 322,898,414 a/o Jun 30, 2015
Float 111,396,438 a/o Mar 31, 2015

Now it's
Authorized Shares 650,000,000 a/o Oct 2, 2015
Outstanding Shares 334,898,414 a/o Oct 2, 2015
Float 268,974,423 a/o Oct 2, 2015

The only thing different is that Restricted shares have dropped from 211,501,976 to 65,923,991 since June 30th. They aren't really increasing the O/S (except for 12MM).
