I believe the article you are referring too is the same product but for "In-VIVO" activation of DCellVax (which means that the DCellVax will be activated inside a person's body). The described pilot program is the same, however it is "Ex-VIVO", where DCellVax is activated outside the body (they will extract blood, and activate DCellVax and place it back in the person's body).
