so - do you buy before or after things are finalized? -

seems like once everything is finalized it's already priced in -

do you expect a head's up?

my guess is we hear of a finalized agreement with Huawei, LG, etc with no forewarning - and an immediate bump up

also - not having read the background from the Sidoti analyst - do you know their basis for optimism? does it hinge on anything in particular?
