The lawsuit is going to be a drain on cash for both parties but I think LaborSmart comes out victorious and walks away in a financially better position than if CCNI hadn't interfered with the convertible note. As I've said before if CCNI loses I could see it costing them $10-$12m from both sides in legal fees, LaborSmart's claims of lost revenue, and punitive damages. CCNI accidentally stepped in mud with this one and I think their shareholders know it, hence the continued sell off. Again, the viable, least costly way out of this would be to purchase LTNC.
Longest streak of no filings or news in a while. It could continue for a while.
