Actually, you are the one that's incorrect. Show me the merger document or move on.
This has all been verified!!! Sorry, you wrong as usual.

The codec NEVER left DFI!.
Iterated did the deal between itself, TMMI and DFI!!.
The code was handed over to DFI to be further developed by DFI on behalf of TMMI which it spent tens of millions of dollars developing.

Those so call 29 investors everyone keeps taking about, raised $500,000 by selling TMMI stock,to the unsuspecting public!!.
"Greed" set in,after everything went south with Larry Panik and Tom Simpson!!.
Then those 29 private investors, with other new investors tried to steal the codec from the original 8000 TMMI shareholders!!.

Iterated transferred the code to DFI on behalf of TMMI!!.
$40,000,000 was spent to develop the codec, along with the hybrid codec!!.

Why merge with a company that was, as Jay put it.....dormant when the DFI company added no value whatsoever?
Bill, Digital Focus, Inc.'s "sole asset" was the exclusive worldwide license agreement, which is non-transferable!!.

AND, I WILL JUST ADD.......THEY NEVER LEGALLY MERGED DFI INTO DFMI, AND THAT IS WHY DFI MAINTAINED IT'S SOLE ASSET----SEEMS PRETTY SIMPLE FOR A JURY TO UNDERSTAND----SLAM DUNK FOR TMMI!!!

You are Correct! DFI NEVER had the rights to nor the ownership of the codec so DFMI was perfectly within their rights to take ownership at Iterated's discretion! Hence, there never needed to me a signed merger agreement for that transaction to take place!
