And you say you read the documents? Your recent posts belies this. DFMI took control of the codec. DFI could not do the deal with Iterated due to the inability to give them 5% of the shares. This is basic and easy to understand. Where's your problem on this? It's in the records and on Dimension's website. It's addendum 2 of the contract. BLACK And White
