Great post as I bailed out few weeks ago at 0.0004 and the only reason I'm still here is because of the bs CEO.

Fenian even though you and some others were right about dilution and the stock price going down, this is far from a prosecutable case. This is what pennies are for, to raise badly needed money, otherwise the market would not be here. High risk, high reward. Not everyone is going to make money in the markets, and someone who bought in the .00s[Like me] has no better case then someone buying now.

That's why the call it DD. Know one made you buy when you did, and the people who buy now are going to make a killing more than likely.

I will admit we were lead a little to believe things would be a little further along then they are now but you can't prosecute someone who thought things may have been further along then it actually happens.

Fenian 32, (38) great info. I warned many times on the board about the upcoming RS. I also stated that money will be made by many post reverse split, providing LIBE is real. The current pps is excellent for loading and limiting the effects of the RS. LIBE still has billions of shares to unload but their game of dilution has played out for the levels they were wishing for. So I doubt if they will end up with a finance free company.
