adanac, if you understood what it takes to actually start and run a business you would then be able to understand that pyct has nothing in place. It is an EMPTY SHELL SCAM. Sure you point out a couple of wordy hyping documents…but none of those actually allow the company to produce a real tangible product. Most empty shell scams use and deploy that type of hyping to ‘act’ legit….
Reality is that pyct owns ZERO patents for design or product…. Without a patent they have nothing they can call their own that is tangible. How many employees to they have…two? Sure, that makes sense that your only folks are paid to sell stock..LOL
Can you even call them to place an order? Nope… Funny how they claimed to have a World Wide Sales Force(more like Farce)…but there was no email, phone or address to contact them….he he, must be that super secret stuff going on LOL.
Do they even have a factory floor? Heck they bought all that equipment 6 years ago and have not done a thing with it…LOL sure must be fun to hype up all that progress that never goes anywhere.

So you see now that just showing your drivers license to someone does not mean you have an actual car… (just as you claim that they have a mission statement is supposed to prove they have some actual business structure…. That has been proven false every year and every Fin they file)

Penny Scams like this one just love it when investors don’t understand business 101 basics…. hey they have a website so pyct must be legit eh?

Let me help you out with your math there adanac…. If the average PPS was at .00015 several years ago and then dropped to .00012 and now to .00008 wouldn’t it be considered a poor investment if you bought in at .0001? Averages don’t tell the whole story… but your daily dumping report does..and that is a whole lotta dumping at .0001 and under going on.

Did you ever notice the blocks of dumping going on around the company PRs? And did you ever notice that the feel-good PR rarely ever pans out unless it is something they can do cheaply, like file a fin or register a name.

Time to load up again...NITE CANT and VFIN are all very active with pyct...yup time to load up again or you have enough paper.

I did some digging and connected a few dots.
September 17th Paychest files resignation for the representative in AZ, indicating name change is underway, setting up new corp, cancelling all the fake shares.
Next day NITE jumps on the bid.
Day after that CANT shows on the ask for the first time and .....
VFIN shows up on the BID as CANT closes on the ask.

When your hired to BUY TO COVER A SHORT, you do not buy brand new shorts from CANT.

VFIN has NEVER,EVER been on the bid.
VFIN works for NITE , I have a trading ledger from VFIN indicating they sold short/washed MANIPULATED pps for NITE.


So NOW I know why Nite hire VFIN to flash a buy to cover...Pyct is moving forward shutting down AZ corporation and moving to another state.

New name ( great idea outlined in past prs and corp vote)
New Symbol
New CUSIP #, meaning shorty is screwed and shareholders are nearing the launch pad.

My 2 cents is as follows, the name change is being timed for the announcement of production, sales,distribution to specific stores with delivery dates and the TV show that contacted Paychest last Spring.

It all has to coincide imo, why promote the product or stock under the tainted name Paychest???

This is a no brainer folks, its happening now and its VERY REAL.

I have enough shares myself, time to reap the rewards for my fortitude and knowing I was right all along.

Timeframe was way off, but now I have enough shares to retire on easily.

Shares under .001 will vanish faster than Hillary Clintons chances of becoming president.

Cant wait for the next news release!
