I agree.I am long on HISC but I added alot of shares just for the dividend in the new company.I find it hard to believe that HISC and Frank Moody were able to be so unethical to pr on Thursday morning(day of the cc)that the date of record was still the same.So many people bought HISC for ActSoft and they screwed all those people without any scruples.I have no respect for Frank Moody.I personally believe that FM left his post at HISC because he knew he had screwed around so many people that it was in the best interests of the company to leave.
