dale... there was some disappointment involved with the CC in the delay of the dividend but, I believe you are in the minority because most people didn't buy into HISC for the dividend. If that was the case, why didn't yopu just buy in to EVSI? How would you have gone about giving a dividend in a company that hasn't restructured their O/S through a R/S as of yet and that dividend and everything else (unknowns at this point) is dependent on that R/S occuring first? You are certainly entitled to your opinion but I don't share in it. To each his own!

lol U bought for the dividend lol - U should of just waited to buy the company - your broker would of put these shares as restricted - vs buying the market and have tradable shares - to bad your DD was faulty. i bought for the HISC potential in many areas - since I hold over 1 million shares - I am very encouraged that I'll get the PPS I want over the next 3 years.

Dale, I thought Actsoft was done too ...but I don't think FM has left the company entirely because doesn't HISC own EVSI?
