Not trying to be a smart a$$ but the honest answer is YES to both parts of your question. Personally, do not know, but there is a possibility.

Extremely wishful thinking your part. This conference is being used to draw in new investors and to further spread the word on AVXL. The full phase 2a results will have to be released, at a minimum, before a partnership is announced (possibly the extension results as well).
