Don't let fear cloud your reason.....

I agree, I hated that title in the 8K

I am in this because I was hoping she is longterm C.E.O. Why would they ever put that in there, unless she isnt going to be the C.E.O. She better be the fulltime C.E.O. for the future or that will make me very nervous.

A fearful conclusion is that Amilya is only a temporary CEO because thats what the title of 8K says.

A reasonable conclusion is that until her 90 days is up and a compensation package agreement is signed then LEGALLY that has to be the posted title.

Don't let fear cloud your thoughts.

Amilya is involved and engaged with $VGTL. At at whatever level she has committed to, $VGTL will undoubtedly bring shareholder value to this company. If you research her character and credibility you will easily conclude that she will do just that. This simple fact will not only remove all your fears of holding shares in company, but encourage you to buy more.

I am invested, holding, and purchasing more shares based primarily on the only aspect one should ever truly put their trust in here in the OTC, and that is with a CEO that has the creditability and character of Amilya Antonetti. Everything else will fall in line with her at the helm at whatever capacity she decides to commit to.

$VGTL CEO Amilya Antonetti is the real deal

Everyone interprets reading an 8K by a company differently. Each of us is focused on finding certain information contained withing company disseminated communications to guide our investing or trading decisions. So to each their own.

Let me describe what I was looking for in any first communication from our new management in regards to the company. Although I am sure that some were hoping and wanting to hear some type of fluff news that would lead traders to temporarily spike the PPS, I, instead, was just looking for confirming information that our management team was still intact and that there was a strategy in place to manifest shareholder value in the company.

My greatest fear is that I have once again mistakenly chosen to invest in an OTC company that turns out to be, for lack of a better term, a share selling scam. And when I read over communications from a company I am invested in, I don't want to get the impression I have been presented with a pig glossed over with different shades of lipstick. So I was very pleased to get the opposite feeling when I read over the 8K. Amilya did not attempt to dazzle shareholders with fluff or BS about the company, but instead was very genuine and candid about the state of the company, the strategy in place and the progress that was being made. I suggest everyone reread the 8K from the that perspective instead of focusing solely on the current state of the company's affairs. Because remember, the value of company is forward looking and the potential for $VGTL to manifest its true value with Amilya at the helm just became real.

She has instilled further confidence in my decision to get invested in $VGTL based primarily on her involvement with the company. A company lead by the talent and character of such a person will have such a higher degree of success than most of the OTC companies being ran by CEO's who are void of it.

I could list several other reasons for buying shares right here and now but I will leave that to others who have contributed to the board to do so. I just wanted to focus on what I believe is the most important factor when choosing to invest in a company and that is LEADERSHIP. Everything else will fall in line when a company is headed by a successfully talented, credible and trustworthy CEO.
