the $240K was combined, I'd confirm that for you but I don't have time to go back through the gazillion SEC filings they've submitted - that's called tradecraft, most of the submissions are meaningless repeats of previous submissions but its good to pump the novice for a few extra dollars. Watching that demo video was disturbing, after all the money they've sucked in from investors and all the hype, they don't even have a viable product yet they're getting paid....
