Big Pharma could care less on which exchange AVXL is listed. Big Pharma cares about the Science. If you have the stuff...they want it, OTC, NASDAQ, private, etc. What do they care? They know that many Biotech stocks start on the OTC. They may dictate what happens as far as uplisting goes as part of their partnership agreement. Chances are if Big Pharma came in and negotiated a partnership...AVXL would gap up, stay above the minimum amount for the minimum amount of time, halt and uplist.
This is not in any way shape or form an endorsement for or against a R/S or not to uplist. I am just saying Big Pharma doesn't give a sh*t. They roll how they want to roll.
