We're not going to uplist on 100MM+ O/S. But a R/S to support an uplist and tute investment makes it a non-issue. You can't just compare that type of R/S to a pinky stock arming to dilute.

It may vary between markets but I think their warrant liability would also be an issue pre uplisting. For me a R/S isn't needed and would be largely a distraction at this point for the AVXL team.
