As stated the Book Value is generally listed on various sites as .07 and occasionally .08

NO, the book value on Yahoo is not $1.31 but is .07 per share as cut and pasted below. Price to book is very different accounting data.

"Book Value Per Share (mrq): 0.07"

"Price/Book (mrq): 1.31'

So in essence AEZS is now trading above book value and that gives investors pause considering the warrants as well as the continued listing problems.
